Abstract

The article reflects on the relationship between the role of psychology in the field of work and production of subjects, with the contribution that the institutional affectivity could offer affection to understand the work, the processes that organize and, therefore, a practical guide ethical-political the organization. Illustrating his remarks from the analysis of the historical process of psychology organizations in the framework of the “faces of the Psychology of Work. Suggests that the contribution of psychology to the production of subjects is to promote the understanding of the complexity of daily work and concludes with the reflection that the role of psychology is revealed not just as technology development, evaluation, control, as in much of its history, but as facilitating the construction of spaces for social interaction to provide a dialogue-existence between the different actors involved in the work activity. This process was called of management of the affective.
