Abstract

The present article discusses the importance of the development of new practices and visions in the field of the Personal Management that can complement the traditional Human Research Administration (HRA) which traditionally uses objective and normative techniques and instruments. This drives to a rational human comprehension which is very limited. It was developed an approach of the contemporary working life and its challenges in this new working reality. It was also proposed an approach of the work while a basic category for the constitution of the social human being. It was seen that the comprehension of the relevance of the work in human life is of big importance for admitting the working place and its relevance for the construction of subjectivity. These efforts could contribute as well to reflect the new paths of the theoretic and practical development of the HRA.
