Introdução: A fissura labiopalatina (FLP) é a anomalia congênita com maio incidência entre as malformações que acometem a face e a cavidade oral. Nota-se um número crescente de estudos relacionados ao uso da imagem tridimensional (3D) para fins terapêuticos. Objetivo: O escopo desta revisão integrativa é analisar na produção bibliográfica quais as principais aplicações da imagem tridimensional no tratamento da fissura labiopalatina .Métodos: A pesquisa baseou-se em artigos extraídos das bases de dados PubMed, BVS através da busca utilizando as seguintes expressões com as palavras-chave em inglês: “cleft lip’’AND “cleft palate’’AND“treatment’’AND “rehabilitation’’AND” Imaging Three- Dimensional’’ indexada no sistema DeCS e Mesh Terms. Resultados: Após a adoção dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, vinte estudos foram analisados. Estes produziram dados sobre o uso do Êscaner 3D, Tomografia Computadorizada (TC) e Estereofotogrametria. Os achados apontaram a multifuncionalidade das imagens 3D no tratamento da FLP e inúmeras vantagens com a adoção das técnicas. Conclusão: Recomenda-se a realização de novas investigações, para estabelecer protocolos padrões que apontem qual técnica 3D é mais adequada para as diversas etapas que envolvem a reabilitação do portador de FLP.
