Entrevista com Paul Ardenne

Abstract

Paul Ardenne, art history professor, writer, curator and art critic, presents the main proposal of his book Un Art contextuel - création artistique en milieu urbain, en situation, d' intervetion, de participation, from 2002 and of his most recent book, Un art écologique, création plasticienne et Antropocéne, from 2019. It is interesting to think how the idea of "contextual art" relates to the theme of the most recent research on ecological art in anthropocene times. It was possible to schedule a brief interview with him to ask some questions that are pertinent to analyze and contrast with researches that are currently being developed in Brazil.
