About the Journal

The Medicinae Plantae journal was created with the aim of disseminating scientific information to healthcare professionals and users of the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). It is a journal that promotes the democratization of knowledge and expertise in pharmacotherapy and phytotherapy, and to this end, it aims to be a vehicle for different perspectives from the scientific field, indigenous peoples, and other ethnic groups.
