INCLUSÃO E GOVERNANÇA NAS AGENDAS GLOBAIS: ANÁLISE DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DOS ODS SOB A ÓTICA DO DIREITO COM ESTUDO COMPARADO ENTRE BRASIL, ÁFRICA DO SUL E CANADÁ E A INFLUÊNCIA DO DIREITO INTERNACIONAL DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS NAS POLÍTICAS NACIONAIS DE INCLUSÃO

Este artigo acadêmico investiga a relação entre governança inclusiva, direito internacional e políticas públicas de inclusão social, com ênfase na implementação dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) das Nações Unidas. Através de uma metodologia de revisão bibliográfica, o estudo analisa os conceitos de governança inclusiva, o papel do direito internacional dos direitos humanos e examina comparativamente as experiências do Brasil, África do Sul e Canadá. Os resultados indicam que, embora haja avanços normativos e institucionais, a efetividade das políticas inclusivas está condicionada a fatores políticos, sociais e culturais específicos de cada contexto. O artigo destaca a importância da participação social, da transparência e do fortalecimento institucional para a concretização da inclusão. Por fim, sugere direções para pesquisas futuras, como o impacto das tecnologias digitais na governança e a avaliação crítica dos mecanismos internacionais de proteção dos direitos humanos. O estudo contribui para o debate sobre como articular o direito e a governança para promover sociedades mais justas e sustentáveis.
