    Abstract

The article presents Hegel's philosophy as a theoretical basis according to which the philosopher Francis Fukuyama weaves his
considerations about the end of History. We present a summary of Hegel's philosophy that states that recognition is the basis of
social relations, just as liberal politics would be the most conducive to the recognition of human dignity. In this way,
Fukuyama presents us with the arguments that led him to proclaim the end of history, based on the arguments previously stated by Hegel
