BIBLIOGRAPHIC PRODUCTION IN GEOGRAPHY OF INDUSTRY AND PRODUCTIVE SYSTEMS

Abstract

The productive processes and their relations with the geographic space underwent profound changes in the last decades of the twentieth century. The mentioned changes substantialy altered the dynamics of the space economy, making them less predictable and increasingly open to thematic and theoretical-methodological changes in the studies on Geography of Industries. Considering those transformations, this paper represents an effort to outline the recent Geography of Industries bibliographic production in Brazil, inside the context of the greater knowledge dissemination through the information technologies, the consolidation of traditional study centers and the expansion of graduate programs in Geography. The database was created through the Google Scholar Platform, including the publications of 60 graduate programs in Geography from the period between 2005 and 2016. We attempted to capture and analyze subthemes, interpretation lines, authors, published papers, quotations and research centers on Geography of Industries and productive systems. The results point out the greater diversity of the research lines and thematic clippings, the consolidation of new theoretical influences and the greater participation of many country regions in the bibliographic production on the theme.

    Doutor em Geografia pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho UNESP Campus de Presidente Prudente - SP (Conceito Capes 7). Realizou Estágio Sanduíche na Université Paris Dauphine - Paris 9 na cidade de Paris, França. Tem Mestrado em Geografia pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará - UECE. Atualmente é Professor Adjunto da Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECE), onde leciona e orienta pesquisas na Graduação e no Programa de Pós-Graduação, além de assumir a coordenação do Laboratório de Estudos do Território e da Urbanização (LETUr). Publicou 2 livros, 16 artigos em periódicos especializados, 9 capítulos de livro e 93 trabalhos em anais de eventos. Atua na área de Geografia, com ênfase em Geografia Econômica e Geografia Urbana.

    Doutor (2012) pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Geografia pela Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia, Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, com estágio sanduíche na Benemérita Univerdad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP). Foi professor Assistente Doutor, entre 2013 e 2015, da Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Campus de Ourinhos. Atualmente é Professor Adjunto do Curso de Geografia, Instituto de Ciências da Sociedade e Desenvolvimento Regional (ESR), Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). É também credenciado como docente permanente no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Geografia (PPG) no ESR/UFF. Coordena o Núcleo de Estudos em Economia Política Geográfica (NEEPG). Tem experiência na área de Geografia, com ênfase em Geografia Econômica, Geografia Industrial e Geopolítica, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Estado, Mundialização, Empresas Multinacionais, Investimentos Diretos Estrangeiros, Estruturas de Mercados, Teorias da Localização Industrial. É autor dos livros "O capitalismo industrial e as multinacionais brasileiras", em co-autoria com Eliseu Savério Sposito, e "Estado e internacionalização das empresas multilatinas". É bolsista Jovem Cientista do Nosso Estado (JCNE) pela Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro - FAPERJ
