MATRIX OF DEPENDENCE OF MUNICIPALITIES IN THE NORTH REGION OF GOIÁS

No total, 26 municípios da região norte de Goiás, 11 possuem receitas reduzidas a 10% das receitas totais e, se mantiverem como as condições atuais, podem ser incorporadas a municípios vizinhos a partir de 2025 em obediência à PEC 188/2019. o desenvolvimento e a sustentabilidade municipal sem o incremento populacional necessário? Nesse sentido, objetiva-se identificar como fragilidades econômicas e sociais que caracterizam os municípios da região norte e criar "Matriz de Dependência". A metodologia foi consultada na base de dados do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), do Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (IPEA), do Instituto Mauro Borges (IMB), do Tribunal de Contas dos Municípios (TCM).Os resultados demonstrados no nível baixo de atividade econômica, receitas econômicas, alta dependência de receitas externas, alta folha de pagamento dos servidores, expostos aos nomes da Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal (LRF) e alta dependência dos programas de transferência de renda do governo federal , como o Programa Bolsa Família (PBF) e o Benefício de Prestação Continuada (BPC). A Matriz de Dependência, auxiliar ou gestor municipal, na prevenção de fuga migratória, perda de relevância econômica e sustentabilidade econômica, ambiental e social.
