Construção e evidências de validade de conteúdo de curso on-line sobre reanimação cardiopulmonar do recém-nascido

Objetivo: construir e verificar as evidências de validade de conteúdo de curso on-line sobre reanimação cardiopulmonar do recém-nascido para profissionais da equipe de enfermagem. Métodos: pesquisa aplicada de desenvolvimento tecnológico conduzida em duas etapas: construção do curso on-line e validação por nove experts, sendo cinco da área da saúde e quatro da área de Educação a Distância/Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem/Moodle, além do público-alvo, composto por 50 profissionais de enfermagem. Utilizou-se o Coeficiente de Validade de Conteúdo e estatística descritiva. Resultados: o curso foi estruturado em sete módulos, contemplando avaliação diagnóstica, unidades de aprendizagem sobre reanimação cardiopulmonar neonatal, cuidados pós-reanimação e avaliação somativa. O Coeficiente de Validade de Conteúdo foi de 0,99 entre os experts da saúde, 0,99 entre os experts da área técnica e 0,97 entre os profissionais de enfermagem, demonstrando adequação do conteúdo, aspectos técnicos e aceitação da tecnologia educacional pelo público-alvo. Conclusão: o curso on-line apresentou evidências de validade de conteúdo junto aos experts e público-alvo, configurando-se como estratégia educacional potencialmente útil para o aperfeiçoamento da enfermagem em reanimação cardiopulmonar neonatal. Contribuições para a prática: a tecnologia poderá apoiar ações de educação permanente e padronização das condutas assistenciais em neonatologia.
