    Abstract

Th is paper is based on personal cogitations on the dialogical relation between Anthropology and Literature. Th e original idea of my refl ections stems from the consideration that the development of knowledge in anthropology gains specifi city by being based largely on the subjective experience of the researcher, who conducts fi eldwork combining his own personal experience with its various partners one. Th is leads me to examine the part of a bibliographical narrative in the process of anthropological report writing. In this paper, I argue that, in the elaboration of an anthropological text, the “subjectivity” can be thought of as an “objective style”, and that the use of literary writing is an interesting way to experiment it, especially considering that poetic expression is a “form of scientifi c accuracy”, as Bastide does.
