An interesting case of subacute combined degeneration

Abstract

Vitamin B12 deficiency is a common cause of both hematological and neurological impairment, not necessarily together. The diagnosis maybe challenging sometimes. This case presents a classical magnetic ressonance imaging sign of severe subacute combined degeneration in spinal cord.
