Call for publication - Paul Natorp and Ernst Cassirer Dossier

Argumentos – Journal of the UFC Postgraduate Program in Philosophy (Qualis A2) –, in partnership with the Neo-Kantianism and Philosophy of Culture Research Group (CNPq/ANPOF), invites the academic community to submit articles, critical notes, reviews, translations and discussions for the special dossier around the works of Paul Natorp and Ernst Cassirer.

This call for papers focuses on the interest that the Neo-Kantian movement and its respective authors have sparked in recent years, both from a strictly historical-philosophical point of view and as an inspiration for understanding current problems in philosophy in all its broad diversity. As part of the work carried out by the Research Group Neokantism and Philosophy of Culture, this dossier invites contributions on the philosophies of Paul Natorp, a very important figure in Marburg philosophy, whose death marks a century this year, and Ernst Cassirer - here especially in relation to his contributions on myth, given that this year also marks the 100th anniversary of the publication of his first major works on this field.

Submissions can be made until August 10, 2024 via the journal's website.
