Permanence of Metaphysics
Keywords:
Metaphysics. Ontology. End of Metaphysics. Analytic philosophy. Permanence of Metaphysics.Abstract
A first section of the present work will stop on a preliminary issue, about the difference between the “Ontology” and “metaphysics”-the treatment of this problem determines all subsequent reflection. The second section will play some recent texts of continental philosophy that promoted the idea of an end of metaphysics. The third section, in turn, arises in critical position on the analytic philosophy that arose with the project to overcome, with the ontology, metaphysics dead. The fourth and last section puts in evidence the reasons why metaphysics, designed in its classic meaning, remains alive, in spite of all the challenges.Downloads
