Some questions about faith and reason in the work of Jean-Jacques Rousseau

Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar algumas concepções de Rousseau sobre o cristianismo. Em primeiro lugar, questiona a interpretação de que em Rousseau encontramos uma “religião racional”; depois, problematiza a expressão cristologia utilizada por alguns estudiosos para definir a concepção de Rousseau sobre Jesus Cristo. Posteriormente, analisa a questão da divindade de Jesus, com base na premissa de que Rousseau considera Cristo como um ser divino, mas desloca a soterologia centrada na morte para a vida e os ensinamentos de Cristo. Por fim, analisa a concepção de Rousseau sobre a Bíblia.
