Abstract

This article inquires about the evaluation processes carried out by entities of the United Nations in the era of the 2030 Agenda and reflects on the incidence of its principles and aspirations in them. Period covered: 2016-2019. Qualitative study based on documental sources retrieved from Google Academic and United Nations portals. It is observed that, despite the large movement produced by the 2030 Agenda, its presence in present towards the end of the period; criteria preferably used are those of the Aid Committee for the Development of the Organization for the Cooperation and the Economic Development. 2030 Agenda complexity - integrated, indivisible, planned in connection with human rights - reveals the insufficiency of traditional evaluation criteria, the focus on results and sectorial perspectives.
