Evaluation of articulation in the psychosocial care network: experiences of users in northeastern Brazil
Abstract
This article aims to evaluate, based on the experiences of users, elements that reveal aspects of (un)articulation in a network in the practices implemented by the Psychosocial Care Network in Fortaleza. This is a critical-interpretive qualitative research, through analysis of medical records, systematic observation and narrative interviews with users (and their families) in three Psychosocial Care Network services in Fortaleza-CE. The results found unfold in four dimensions of the analytical model of network articulation: connectivity, integration, normativities and subjectivities from the therapeutic itineraries covered by the users. We recognize the existence of several types of relationships between the researched services, with referral as the most present form of relationship, both in the connections between them and in the interaction of each one of them with the others. There were both ruptures in the continuity of care from one service to another and the guarantee of access to other services after discharge or referral.
