Projeto de Saúde no Território para enfrentamento da obesidade: um estudo de avaliabilidade
Abstract
Obesity is one of the biggest public health problems in the world, requiring comprehensive and interdisciplinary care. The study aimed to analyze the evaluability of the Health in the Territory Project to combat obesity in a Family Health Unit in the city of Recife/PE. This is an evaluability study, developed as a single case study, using the seven-element system, through document analysis, interviews with key informants and workshops with the actors. The results revealed that the intervention components converged according to official documents and those involved. The program's theory explained the need to integrate the project with other social equipment, community participation, intersectoriality, interprofessionality, in addition to formulating a line of care for obesity and strengthening the Health Care Network in the municipality. This project contributed to the proposition of a Theory of Change, supporting the decision of health professionals and managers.
