Focus and Scope
Revista Dialectus (ISSN 2317-2010) (DOI 10.30611) is the scientific journal linked to the Postgraduate Program in Philosophy of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and to the Graduate Program in Education of this same university. Evaluated with Qualis B1, our editorial policy covers doctoral level research focusing on the areas of theoretical and practical philosophy, political philosophy and philosophy of education. The journal intends to be an editorial space of rigorous scientific discussion, open to the participation of researchers from the most different regions of the country and the world, based on thematic editions.
Peer Review Process
The article submitted to Revista Dialectus is evaluated in advance by the Editors and members of the Editorial Committee, according to the first item of the Evaluation Roadmap described below. In the case of a negative evaluation, the author will be notified within 20 (twenty) days. In case of a positive evaluation, the work will be sent to at least 02 (two) referees of institutions other than the author's and will be evaluated in the double-blind review system. The reviewers have 30 (thirty) days to submit the job evaluation and can approve, request modifications or refuse work.After the opinions are sent, the Editors, together with the Editorial Committee, will give the final opinion, after which the author is notified of the decision. In case of request for modifications, the author will have 30 (thirty) days to forward the revised article to Dialectus Magazine. In this case, publishers have 30 (thirty) days to check whether or not the revised article meets the reviewers' requirements. In the case of an approved article, the author will be informed automatically. In case of refusal, the author will receive a notification with the reasons for the refusal.

Article processing/submission charges
In accordance with the principle of free global knowledge sharing, this Journal does not charge any article submission and/or processing costs.
Open Access Policy
This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that making available free of charge philosophical knowledge to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge.
