O DISCURSO SOBRE FÉ E SABER NA OBRA HABERMASIANA

Este artigo é baseado no projeto de pesquisa “Fé e Saber: para uma avaliação do paradigma pós-secular de Habermas”, desenvolvido atualmente pelo autor. Desde a virada do milênio, mais precisamente com a publicação de Glauben und Wissen (2002), é intenso e marcante o interesse de Habermas pela religião, nomeadamente sobre a relação entre pensamento pós-metafísico e fé religiosa. Ele considera a constelação de fé e saber seriamente como um fato da história da razão, de modo que uma autocompreensão adequada do pensamento pós-metafísico requer que se leve em conta sua relação com a religião em termos de uma genealogia da razão. O discurso sobre fé e saber, aludido nos dois volumes de sua recente obra monumental Auch eine Geschichte der Philosophie (2019), não apenas serve de guia para a genealogia do pensamento pós-metafísico, mas também se presta à reflexão sobre a tarefa de uma filosofia secular situada entre as ciências e a religião. A despeito do paradigma pós-secular, a obra habermasiana atesta uma continuidade de orientação no que tange ao diálogo entre fé e saber.
