Creative management: in search of the sustainable organization

The present article displays the Management Creative as an alternative model of Management. The considered model that has as focus of performance the Organizational Culture and as this can be changed into a creative culture, generating criticidade, creativity, auto-organization, knowledge and sustainability, at the same time where also it is reformulated, as in a mechanism of self-reference and Autopoiese. The consultory in Creative Management if inserts as a half facilitator of all the process of change of organizational culture.Downloads
