O AMOR COMO ARGUMENTO: UMA ANÁLISE TEXTUAL DE GÊNEROS PRODUZIDOS POR SUICIDAS / THE LOVE AS AN ARGUMENT: A TEXTUAL ANALYSIS OF GENDERS WRITTEN BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE COMMITTED SUICIDE

O presente estudo visa apresentar resultados obtidos com o modelo de análise textual/discursiva adaptado de Adam (2011) utilizado em gêneros produzidos por suicidas (cartas e bilhetes) que tinham como motivação o amor, ou amor não correspondido como causa para a morte autoinfligida (corpus coletado em inquéritos arquivados no Arquivo Nacional do RJ – 1889 - 1940). O modelo
de análise criado permitiu identificar esse tipo de motivação (quando comparados a outras motivações encontradas) além de indicar que os documentos se enquadravam em um plano de representações construídas sobre ações em dois movimentos: a escolha pela morte voluntária e a elaboração de uma mensagem escrita, nem sempre centrada na apresentação das motivações ao ato suicida. Na utilização do modelo, identificou-se tratar de uma atividade sociodiscursiva materializada por um formato escrito, trazendo, na maior parte dos casos, crenças e imagem de um eu discursivo conservador e religioso.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to present results obtained from the use of the textual / discursive analysis adapted from Adam (2011) model used in genres produced by suicide (letters and notes) who were motivated by the love or unrequited love as the cause of self-inflicted death (corpus collected in surveys filed in the National Archive of RJ – 1889-1940) . The analysis model created identified this type of motivation ( when compared to others found motives ) and indicates that the documents fell into a plan to build representations of actions in two movements : the choice of voluntary death and the preparation of a message writing, not always focused on presenting motivations for suicidal act . Using the model, it identified treating a sociodiscursiva activity materialized by a written format, bringing, in most cases, beliefs, and I image of a conservative and religious discourse.
