This study brings a transdisciplinary discussion about the threshold between art and design, through the book setup process of “Diary of Anne Frank”. Both theoretical and methodological principles focused on
information design are used, as concepts and characterizations about an object book/artist’s book, for the materialization of the artifact. The methodological path used at work is guided by an approach focused
on the design and fundamentals of the arts, covering, in an exploratory way, in an exploratory manner, research on experimental graphic resources, among them, conceptualizations, graphic processes related
to photography, typography and exploration of materials, thus bringing a solution by the bias of the dialogue between the design of the literary text and the artistic graphic product, enhancing to the reader an experience of an experimental nature, with regard to tactile and visual relations, from the exploration of its elements.
