This paper consist in an analysis of the liberal political model of Thomas Sowell from its restricted vision of equality and justice. Therefore, we discuss the problem of North American’s affirmative action under the equal bias. As a guide this research we will use the books by Sowell Affirmative action around the world and A Conflict of Visions.
