Fatores associados à completude vacinal contra hepatite B entre profissionais de saúde da atenção primária

Resumen

Objetivo: analisar os fatores relacionados à finalização da vacinação em trabalhadores e identificar a presença dos marcadores sorológicos Anti-HBc, HBsAg e Anti-HBs. Método: investigação analítica de corte transversal, com uma lista de 108 profissionais da saúde de atenção primária por meio de instrumento e isolamento de sangue para detectar marcadores sorológicos do vírus da hepatite B. Resultados: Se orgânicos a conclusão da vacinação em 68,5% dos pacientes entrevistados, com prevalência entre auxiliares e/ou técnicos de enfermagem (33,8%), mulheres (86,5%), profissionais com formação superior completa (78,4%) e, entre os participantes sem formação (73) . ,5%) tinha o esquema incompleto. Foram realizadas 76 projeções de sangue, das quais o 100% obtuvo HBsAg não reativo, o 1,31% Anti-HBc reativo e os 78,94% apresentam Anti-HBs reativo. Não foram encontradas associações significativas entre as variáveis. Conclusão: a baixa abrangência da vacinação entre os profissionais resulta na necessidade de estratégias para melhorar a cobertura da vacinação. A análise de marcadores sorológicos refuta a importância da vigilância e acompanhamento da imunização nesta população. Contribuições para a prática: o estúdio pode orientar práticas e intervenções no setor de saúde, com o objetivo de promover a saúde dos profissionais e prevenir doenças infecciosas, como a hepatite B.
