    Abstract

    It is a fact sufficiently known that the space, time and matter concepts play central role in the Leibniz’ philosophy; the strong opposition that it has made to the same concepts used in the Newtonian and Cartesian philosophy is prove of that. In this sense, we intend to offer a series of considerations that leaves from these concepts in its relation with one another fundamental concept of the leibnizian philosophy: the substance concept. From these introductory considerations, we believe to be able to constitute important part of to exit of the labyrinth of the continuous.
