    Abstract

This article aims to present the concept of Natural Law in Eric Weil, from its greek aristotelian definition to the idea of human rights in modern industrial society. Unlike modern jusnaturalists, who think Human Rights from isolated individuals, Weil argues that they are understood from the world society and from the particular historical communities.
