    Abstract

    This essay has as a primary focus the understanding of the modern human being condition, thru the Weil perspective. For that, it studies the matter in multiple ways in order to seek for a wider comprehension of the theme. At the beginning, it starts analyzing the modern science itself and then later on, makes some considerations of the human condition thru the logical and philosophical structure of the Weil thinking. Often that, it makes a reflection about the modern society at a historical and political level. Finally, it closes with the possible answers of the making once facing the man condition: violence, art and philosophy.
