The aim of this paper is to present in a propaedeutic way the thesis that the refugee functions as a phatic and conceptual paradigm capable of illuminating the theme of law in Hannah Arendt. At the same time, we will try to show how this subject situates the Jewish question at the center of the author’s thinking.
