John Rawls focuses justice as main subject of its workmanships having influences of Kant and Hegel, considering an interpretation of its thought from the emphasis in the restricted politician to the basic structure of the society and to the primary goods. Rawls considers a Constitution based on the pure procedimentalism, restricted to the questions politics.
