This study analyzes the presence of accessibility features in the web section for travel and tourism of the Folha de S. Paulo and O Estado de S. Paulo newspapers. Using automatic analysis (using a tracking software) and manual analysis according to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Accessibility Model in Electronic Government (e-MAG). The objective is to identify, describe and analyze the use of accessibility features in digital journalistic production of a network specialized in travel and tourism to discuss the adequacy of production in the segment and the demands for access by people with sensory disabilities, especially visual impairment. In conclusion, the study showed that the publications do not comply with the document's recommendations regarding the provision of accessibility features and assistive technologies, which aim to guarantee the conditions of access for people with disabilities. They present important errors in navigation and structure, which totally or partially prevent access to pages and contents. With this study, we seek to contribute to better use of accessibility features in digital journalistic production and the discussion about the inclusion of the visually impaired people.
