Critérios de seleção de experts na avaliação de tecnologias educacionais na Enfermagem: revisão integrativa

Resumen

Objetivo: propor novos critérios para a seleção de especialistas na avaliação/validação de tecnologias educativas em Enfermagem a partir de uma síntese da literatura. Método: revisão de escopo, segundo o método JBI, realizado em cinco bases de dados e o catálogo brasileiro de teses e dissertações, com apoio da plataforma Rayyan. Os dados foram organizados e analisados ​​de forma descritiva. Resultados: Se incluiu 42 estúdios. A maioria não utilizou um marco para determinar os critérios de seleção de especialistas, tendo optado por adotar seus próprios critérios (N=26; 61,9%); seguido de Fehring (original ou com adaptações) (N=9; 21,4%) e alguns estudos optam por outros referentes a metodologia (N=7; 16,6%). Tendo em conta o anterior, foram desenvolvidos critérios de avaliação/validação com profissionais de saúde, baseados na formação acadêmica, desempenho/experiência profissional e produção, bem como critérios de seleção de profissionais da área tecnológica. Conclusão: esta revisão contribuiu para identificar os principais critérios adotados para a avaliação/validação de tecnologias educativas na área de Enfermeria, que experimentaram um aumento significativo nos últimos anos. Contribuições para a prática: o desenvolvimento de um critério novo, integral e atualizado como a proposta é fundamental para padronizar o processo de seleção de especialistas, bem como para reduzir as discrepâncias observadas.
