Senses of advocacy in anti-corruption movements

The trajectory of the anti-corruption operations in Brazil in the 2000s opens ways of recomposition in the space of law practice in the direction of the international movements of consulting in compliance. In this framework, the export-import flows of law models take center stage, indicating the mobilization in the national space of models and norms that point to new patterns of economic regulation. From the exploration of this space, we intend to provide elements for the study of this process and its implications for recompositions in the space of advocacy.
