This paper was developed through a qualitative study of an action research. We care to discuss and develop a didactic sequence for the acquisition of Portuguese as a second language for deaf students in a fun and meaningful way through the genre bibliographic description so that deaf students can develop skills to act socially both in academic situations or specific professional. Working with this genre directed pedagogically in class, making them deaf students create and reflect on upcoming issues of their reality, is presented as essential today. For today, we understand that quality education can only be achieved by deaf students, if teachers take them to reflect on situations that surround them in the real world. We understand that to achieve these goals in deaf students, teachers should make the class a laboratory room, always raising situations-problems that encourage students to think.Downloads
