Testimonies were collected through semi-structured interviews and organized through content analysis, through modality thematic. To obtain tuberculosis diagnosis the patients prefer specialized services. In places where access was easier, the approach for promoting bond with patients and their families was favored, highlighting the nurses and community health workers. Some changes were necessary in planning and / or local organization to facilitate access and strengthen the relationship between team / patient.
