Indicadores de calidad de vida laboral de profesores de instituciones de educación superior públicas: Una comparación entre Brasil y Canadá

El objetivo principal de esta investigación es evaluar los indicadores de la calidad de vida en el trabajo (CVT) para los académicos y comparar los indicadores de CVT en los Establecimientos Públicos de Enseñanza Superior de Brasil y Canadá. La muestra de este estudio está compuesta por 205 profesores de Minas Gerais y 269 de Quebec. Los datos han sido recopilados mediante un cuestionario electrónico aplicado en febrero y marzo de 2013. Tres diferencias significativas han sido determinadas entre las dos muestras: el significado en el trabajo, el compromiso afectivo y el compromiso de continuidad. Los profesores brasileños parecen encontrar más sentido en el trabajo que los profesores canadienses y están más comprometidos afectivamente con sus instituciones.
