Abstract

O presente artigo busca apresentar um conjunto de impressões sistematizáveis sobre o significado do “ler” presente na obra Lire le Capital [Ler O Capital], organizado por Louis Althusser e Étienne Balibar (1996 [1965]). Para tanto, busco inicialmente caracterizar as diferenças de Lire Le Capital diante de comentários e manuais de leituras para, em seguida, ensejar uma aproximação ao que significa ler nessa obra à luz do conjunto da obra althusseriana, principalmente em contraposição à sua fase “politicista”. Isto posto procedo uma leitura e interpretação de Lire Le Capital de modo a vislumbrar o que há de específico e próprio à noção de ler e de leitura para Althusser naquele livro.
