Mobilização de competências adaptativas em equipes de hackathon

Resumo

Este artigo objetiva identificar as competências mobilizadas por membros de equipes em um Hackathon à luz da teoria da adaptabilidade. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa feita com a colaboração de participantes de um evento organizado pelo Ministério Público de um estado do Nordeste brasileiro. Os procedimentos de coleta de dados envolveram observação não participante e a realização de catorze entrevistas semiestruturadas com integrantes de cinco equipes que participaram do evento. Foram identificadas cinco competências adaptativas mobilizadas pelos membros das equipes: (1) conhecimento teórico-prático; (2) autoaprendizagem; (3) resolução de problemas; (4) adaptabilidade socioemocional; e (5) liderança situacional. Os resultados do estudo contribuem com a elaboração de programas de gestão e de desenvolvimento de pessoas em ambientes de inovação aberta.
