Elaboración de casos para la enseñanza de la Administración

Este artículo ofrece elementos teóricos y prácticos para la elaboración de casos en cursos de administración. Inicialmente, presenta ventajas y limitaciones del método del caso. Luego, indica cuándo los casos son útiles. También discute los fundamentos filosóficos y psicológicos del método del caso. La mayor parte del texto, sin embargo, está dedicada a explicar la conducta en la preparación de los casos, involucrando: identificación del problema, definición de objetivos, localización del caso, recolección de datos, análisis de su dificultad, prueba y redacción final. El trabajo presta especial atención al proceso de escritura de casos, con la presentación de normas y sugerencias de estructura del texto, estilo de escritura y forma de presentación.
